I provide client-centred online counselling services to individuals who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, depression, or other encompassing symptoms are emotionally limiting them from a sense of fulfillment.
I have a Masters degree from Dalhousie University and am registered with the BC college of Social Workers.
I provide one to one therapy support for women, those in the perinatal period, relationships, and children and youth. When we work together you can expect to be treated with respect and empowered to explore challenges you may be facing, In this space we will explore emotions and thoughts, develop coping skills, enhance self-care, and increase supports and improve relationships.
